Andrew Shaw, Makita’s National Business Development Manager, gives two key examples of efficiencies generated by the range. **1. Less Weight, More Heft** Problem: Workers were struggling with arm fatigue, due to the weight of a competitor’s power tools. Solution: The company switched to XGT. Workers were able to perform the same task with a tool almost half the weight, doubling productivity and eliminating fatigue complaints. 2. User Coding, Ensuring Accountability Problem: The employer was exasperated by teams being constantly short of tools.
