One of the main challenges of rubber castors is their tendency to develop flat spots, due to wear and tear from rough surfaces and frequent heavy loads. This can result in uneven rolling, and further wheel damage and deterioration. When this happens, you are left with the problem of having to replace your castors sooner than you expected or wanted! [Easyroll Reflex Rubber Castors](https://www.blackwoods.com.au/searchpage#q=02878924%2002879128%2002879026) from EHI Australia are made from rubber that is designed to resist deformation, even under heavy loads. ### **How the Easyroll rubber castor is different?** The [EHI Easyroll Reflex Rubber Castor](https://www.blackwoods.com.au/searchpage#q=02878924%2002879128%2002879026) is designed for medium to heavy-duty applications in factories, workshops, worksites, warehouses, hospitals, commercial kitchens and pharmaceutical companies. The castors are made from a special formulation of super elastic reflex rubber that enables the wheels to spring back into shape, helping avoid the problems that come with flat spots. This helps maintain smooth mobility and potentially reduces replacement costs and downtime in your workplace. The features and benefits of [Easyroll](https://www.blackwoods.com.au/easyroll/b/558436)Reflex Rubber Castors include: - Available in a range of sizes, and suitable for use on toolboxes, sales counters, dolly trucks, trolleys, engine cranes, workshop equipment and more. - High shock-absorption, resulting in less rattling noise and a smoother ride. - Non-marking, which means they leave your floors without rubber marks or streaks. - Tough and durable, having been engineered to handle rough conditions and heavy loads without compromising on performance. - Low-maintenance. - Can be used on both inside and outside surfaces - Free from the cheap rubber materials and fillers often found in overseas models. - Zinc-plated housing, double-headset bearing for smooth swivelling, and a locking brake for when not in use. - Protected from dirt and dust through headset seals and thread guards. - Guaranteed high quality with a one-year warranty from the time of purchase. It’s crucial workers use Easyroll Reflex Rubber Castors for their intended purpose, and adhere to the specified weight limits. This will help the wheels to last longer, and provide maximum value-for-money. ### **Where durability meets flexibility** Johnny Syal, Sales Manager at EHI Australia, says the Easyroll Reflex Rubber Castor was specifically designed to overcome the problems of traditional rubber castor wheels, most notably flat spots. He describes it as a unique product that is both durable and flexible at the same time. > *“Being made from reflex rubber, the castors retain their shape even under load, and can take higher loads than traditional elastic rubber castors,”* he says. *“They can be used in many situations, from hospitality workers moving heavy loads of dishes on trolleys to industry workers wheeling work benches over bumpy surfaces.”* As Australia’s largest provider of industrial and safety equipment, Blackwoods has all your job requirements covered.
